The Eating Skills Sessions (ESS) is a unique, 6-week interactive experience for women who want to re-learn how to eat in a way that nourishes them body, mind and soul.


What are the Eating Skills Sessions?

The Eating Skills Sessions (ESS) are a series of one-on-one nutrition counseling appointments designed to bring you back in touch with your natural ability to enjoy the foods you love.

Each series is tailored to meet you exactly where you’re at on your journey to healing your relationship with food.

Sessions are also individualized to address your unique challenges, as well as address your personal history with foods, eating, and dieting.

ESS include a unique interactive and evidence-based treatment approach designed specifically to help women recover from dysfunctional eating and chronic dieting.

ESS helps you relearn how to eat in a positive, joyful, and healthy way

ESS helps erase some of the negative impacts diet culture have had on your thoughts and feelings about eating, food and your health

Mothers who go through the ESS develop a positive mindset about eating and weight that they can pass along to their daughters.

Women who master the ESS have better physical, emotional and social health, including:

  • Lower total cholesterol level

Sessions run throughout the year and are offered as a package both privately ($497) as well as in a group setting ($197). Book a call to get your questions answered.
